The Source
of All My Good
Meditations for Personal Growth & Advanced Practice
with Timothy Lowenhaupt
Online
April 22–27, 2026
The Source of All My Good is a 6-day online meditation retreat, broadcast live from Koh Samui, Thailand
This online meditation retreat, broadcast from the beauty of Koh Samui, Thailand, is designed to gently guide you through the essential stages of personal growth, helping you reconnect with the deeper sources of meaning, purpose, and resilience in your life. Rather than rushing or skipping ahead, you’ll be invited to move step-by-step through a carefully sequenced path—one that allows each insight to naturally build on the last.
Using rich and immersive visualizations, we’ll experience this evolution as movement through a series of inner spaces—each one revealing a new layer of understanding and possibility. As we progress, these insights begin to feel less like “ideas” and more like lived experience, quietly reshaping how we see ourselves, our life and our purpose in it.

The Great Ideas
of Buddhism,
Part I
November 9–March 22, 2025
Asian Classics Institute's 18 Foundation Courses consist of fifteen study courses that cover the main ideas of the entire geshe program, the course of study that young monastics must complete in order to attain the geshe degree. The last three Foundation Courses—the three-part Great Ideas series—summarize all 15 of these.
ACI 16, Part 1, covers the first five ACI courses: The Principal Teachings of Buddhism, Buddhist Refuge, Applied Meditation, The Proof of Future Lives, and How Karma Works.
Who is this course designed for?
✦
Practitioners are ready to finally complete, with homeworks, quizzes and exams, all 18 ACI Foundation Courses within 15 months.
✦
Graduates who wish to review, refresh, and strengthen their foundation for advanced study.
✦
Those seeking structure, accountability, and supportive study groups in their own language.
✦
Friends who value deep conversations, shared insights, and real connection.
Program Structure
Together, they offer a powerful opportunity to slow down, go inward, and rediscover the deeper sources of what is good in us—and what transformations are possible in service of others. These meditations prepare our minds and hearts for more advanced transformational practices, creating stability and focus to face even the most challenges of circumstances.
Beyond the Classroom
This review includes more than just online classes.
Retreats: Several in-person retreats will be organized in different locations around the world in 2026, allowing students to connect with the teacher, deepen relationships with their peers, and integrate the teachings more deeply into their lives.
Service: Students will learn how to seek out and perform meaningful acts of service as part of their advancement through their study of the Buddhist path.
Celebration & Exam: Upon completing ACI 18, students will participate in a traditional Maroke exam to celebrate this milestone, and amazing karma of completion, with one another.
Next Step: After completing the review series, the group will begin Diamond Way Course 1 together.
About the content
The original source work presented in this retreat is called the Source of All My Good. It is the essence of all the Lam Rim, or the Steps on the Path. The text was written by Je Tsongkapa (1357–1419), and is also known by another name, something of a secret name, which is Begging for a Mountain of Blessings.
When we study, meditate, and recite this work out loud, then, it’s as though we are begging all our teachers to grant us their blessings, to help us achieve everything from the beginning up to final enlightenment. We are asking them to help us reach all the various paths, all the different levels of knowledge; we are asking for the power of their blessings, we are begging them for help.
